Fimach-MPD Oral Suspension contains Paracetamol 250 mg and Mefenamic Acid 100 mg per 5 ml. The supplied artwork shows a mango-flavoured 60 ml presentation.
This combination should be used only when prescribed. For children, the dose must be determined from age, body weight, diagnosis and medical history by a qualified healthcare professional.

Product Use

Directions
Shake the bottle well before each dose and use an accurate measuring device. Follow the prescribed dose and duration exactly.
Important Precautions
- Do not combine with another paracetamol-containing medicine or another non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine unless specifically instructed.
- Tell the prescriber about stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, kidney or liver disease, asthma, dehydration and all other medicines being used.
- Seek urgent advice after accidental overdose, even when no symptoms are present.
- Use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in young children only after professional assessment.
Possible Side Effects
Nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, dizziness or allergic reactions may occur. Seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain, black stools, vomiting blood, breathing difficulty, facial swelling or a severe rash.

Store according to the current pack instructions, protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
